The history of „SportLab” dates back to 2001 when Stefan Avgustinov started developing the business idea. First official record is in 2004 when the mother company „Sport Promo” was founded in Varna.
The brand „SportLab” was founded in 2007 by Stefan Augustinov.
„SportLab” is the direct successor of the company "Sport", launched also in 2007.
"Sport Promo" and "Sport" are among the first companies in Bulgaria, which built and bring in Bulgaria unique style of completely private initiative in the creation and management of sporting events.
„SportLab” has an impressive background and work on such events as the World Volleyball League, including Finals 2012, 2015 Eurovolley – Men, 2018 World Volleyball Championship – Men, qualification for the European Volleyball Championships, Qualification for European basketball Championship, All Star Game of National Basketball League – Men (2004-2019), football benefit of Valentin Stanchev with the participation of Dimitar Berbatov, Martin Petrov, Ilian Iliev and other big names, The European acrobatics championship, etc.
The pearl in the crown of „SportLab” is developing, defending and winning the nomination for the European Volleyball Championship - Men hosted by Bulgaria / Italy in 2015.
„SportLab” is the only Bulgarian manufacturer of high-class seats and telescopic tribunes.
The company is the exclusive representative for the Balkans of the largest European manufacturer of seats for sports arenas and stadiums EHEIM. Our company successfully partners with the largest supplier of sports parquets in Europe, the German HARO Sports Flooring. For the needs of professional sports, we supply elite equipment and facilities to the Slovenian company ELAN.
Currently, „SportLab” has offices in Sofia, Varna, and a production facility in Burgas.
